James did a super job this evening for me. I have been very happy for over 2 years with your service and have no reason to even consider changing.

I’ve been a web designer for 7 years, and have dealt with a number of hosts. My favorite is 3Essentials because their technical support staff really know what they are doing. I don’t have to fight to get an issue escalated to upper-tier tech support, they seem to all be upper-tier!

I’m a newbie and haven’t even gotten my web site up but I cannot say enough about the promptness, attention to detail and courtesy of the support staff. Generally, when there are multiple issue, I would reccommend send multiple emails as most people don’t read long emails. With this company, my two emails have been carefully read and responded to with amazing thoroughness.

I’ve tried several different hosts and I am amazed at the speed and quality of the customer service. They know their stuff, and lucky for me: they know DotNetNuke, too!

One of the main factors in selecting 3essentials were user comments on the quality and speed of your customer service. With my first request to your technical support department, I found the user comments to be very accurate…the servie provided was top notch. Thank you!

Excellent support. Quick to respond and very willing to help. I am someone who doesn’t have a technical background and has some difficulty understanding concepts.

3essentials has very good tech support service.
They deal with problems until the issue is resolved.

I switched from webhost4life because of their non english speaking service reps.

Not having owned a website for a few years now, I searched around and did my homework before picking a new host. I landed on 3Essentials and have been very happy with them.

I wanted a company I could pay on a monthly basis because I didn’t have a lot of money at the time, but I wanted to get started as soon as possible. It’s a little more expensive to pay monthly, but if you want to pay by the year or by two years you’ll save a great deal. Having now tested them out for awhile now, I’ll probably sign up for a year. This way I’ll save some money and not have to worry about paying for awhile.

Before I signed up I had a few questions. Part of the reason for these questions was to see their sales or tech supports response time in case I ever had a problem. Each time they responded in a very timely matter.

My website with 3Essentials has been very fast. I also have full access to my .htaccess file, which is nice to block people from linking directly to my files. The control panel is easy to use and set options.

My only gripe is that I wanted a host to automatically put Wordpress on for me, not that it’s hard to install. They don’t have automatic installation. You have to open a support ticket. They had it running for me within a few hours, which was fast enough if you ask me. Also, some of their tutorials aren’t the best, but they are working on them.

They also have an affiliate program, which is new, and you can make money recommending their service.

Great Features, speed, quick service, quick setup, easy to use control panel, etc. I’d highly recommend them. I have had no downtime so far that I am aware of.

You’ve got one one of the best support teams, if not THE best (Damon, Pierce, Rich, …)

  11. 3essentials is FANTASTICon 24 Mar 2008 at 9:29 am

I just switched to 3esentials from Network Solutions and I have to say that the difference is noticable from day ONE. The customer support is second to NONE. The control panel is awesome and makes managing my hosting easy. The support replies promptly and so far have been able to help me with every single question or issue I have had, and in record time.

Compare to my old host where getting a response would take days and even then having to escalate issues 3 times before finally getting to someone who knew what they were doing.

3essentials is FANTASTIC. I am very happy with my eperience so far. Light years ahead of my previous host. I just wish I realized sooner that better service was out there and had not wasted so much time with my old host. So glad I found 3essentials!

    Damon,

Thank you for adding this reseller domain template. I am a new customer with 3essentials because I had a whole bunch of customer service problems with GoDaddy. I did a lot of research and I transferred to 3essentials. I was really nervous though after my experience with GoDaddy. So far, your customer service has been amazing and I am feeling much more comfortable now. Your team has been very knowledgeable and the response times have been excellent. Keep up the great work.

All reviewed hosts appear to be US based.
Do you ever review, for instance, hosts in Europe?
I am looking for non-US servers that meets the requirements of globall accessibility, an excellent support history, the usual benefits that are important for an active website that will receive heavy traffic.

    I would appreciate your comments.

Currently we haven’t reviewed any hosts that are in Europe. We’re open to the idea, if you or anyone else has a few hosts based in Europe that you would like us to review. 1&1 (1and1.com) have locations in Europe, however we have not reviewed their service as of yet.
    Thanks for your question

I liked the fact that its 2 AM and yet there is someone available to reply to my messages and CORRECTLY able to help me do what I want. Since I am new to web hosting, I’m sure some of my questions didn’t even make sense, and yet these guys knew what I was trying to say and got me exactly where I needed to be.

The best customer service in any company I’ve ever dealt with. Fast, courteous, response, knowledgeable. That just starts the list of words to describe the customer service 3 Essentials provides.

Only ever had two small minor issues. They were both resolved in a very timely matter. My website is really fast for the price. I’ve used other hosts and have had nitemares. Yahoo! Small Business and GoDaddy are two of the pieces of crap I used.

While Yahoo! Small Business is fast, there are a few things that would make me steer away from them. First, they don’t give you .htaccess modification rights. I wanted this to deny access to some folders without a password. Second, setting up emails are a pain i nthe butt.

As for GoDaddy they were just horribly slow.

On the other hand 3 Essentials is fast, easy to setup and manage, gives me all the features I need.

An auto-install for Wordpress would be nice.

3essentials is by far the best hosting company i could ask for. I have been with other hosting companies in the past including Network Solutions and Godaddy and their services PALE in comparison.

3essentials support is 2nd to none. I have always been able to reach a customer service representative and get answers to my questions in LESS than a day. From day one that i switched hosts to go with 3essentials I noticed the difference and have not had a complaint ever since. I kick myself at all the time I have wasted and unnecessary stress and problems i could have avoided if i had gone with 3 essentials from the beginning.

Excellent host, and I recommend without hesitation.
