    ” Pretty well every time I tried to do something… point my domains to their servers, setup a WordPress blog, etc… it wouldn’t work. When I would contact customer support about it, they would initially tell me that it’s my problem… until I eventually was able to convince them that it’s a problem on their end. (I’ve done this kind of stuff for over 100 websites and blogs without any problems before.) When these problems continued time and time again, I simply asked for my money back, since I was still well within their initial guarantee period. I really cannot comment about their uptime, since I never actually got a site up properly; I rated them “Poor” in the “Uptime & Reliability” section, because that’s precisely what my experience with them went, as far as reliability goes. “

    I’ve had a hosting plan with W4L now for probably two years. It was more or less okay for a while, but the last month has been a nightmare. Sluggish performance, meaning up to 3 minutes or more to load my sites, was the principal complaint. We haggled for 3 weeks through their trouble ticket system, with lots of “try it now” solutions, and nothing ever showed improvement. Finally they agreed to migrate my sites to a different server. That led to about a week of downtime. More tickets, more “try it now” responses. Finally back up and running. So then I looked to make backups of my files and database, but the migration process wasn’t totally completed correctly, which has led to all sorts of problems with making backups. Still unresolved. I tried calling their support numbers, but everytime I call in, I sit on hold for 15-16 minutes and then get disconnected. Seriously, right at around the 15 or 16 minute mark, every time. Trouble tickets are now generally ignored, and what responses I do get aren’t in complete sentences. The only way I can communicate at all is through the live chat support, and all they do is tell me that it’s been referred to a senior technician, it’ll be fixed soon, and check back in a little bit. This outfit is seriously screwed up. And now I’m pretty much being held hostage, because I can’t get ahold of my database. It’s beginning to look like my only option will be to abandon my data and start all over again. Be very, very wary of webhost4life.

    Ive been dealing with wEbhost4life.com for over 4 years. after constant performance and support problems ive drawn the line.

    thay are all a bunch of retards without any knowledge of anything, the crew is mostly made up of CHINKS operating from hongKong, they constantly have email problems and delays, performance problems with MAJOR LAG and worse of all they take forever to respond to a ticket.

    their servers get hacked often by turkish hackers and they offer no explination or compensation for it. their back up systems is mostly corrupted . to get them to do something is like speaking to a 3 year old becuase they lack any common sense and initiative to fix something.

    In addition their feedback forum does not have any way of leaving negative comments on positive.

    here is the icing on the cake.

    when you call them , their telephone system put you on hold if no one picks up the phone after 15 minutes, it hangs up on you.
    they say they have this in place because they get a lot of irate customer calling and complaining.

    BOTTOM LINE.
